Who are we

Motivation was established in 1991 as Motivation Marketing Limited in Chesham. Main emphasis of the business was on Direct Mailing and basic Call Centre services. As years passed on we have kept adding new direct marketing and database services to our portfolio. We have also created specialist divisions for Database Management, Order Fulfillment and Digital Marketing.

Year 2010  saw a major change of guard and the new management has since built on these solid foundations. We have  invested substantially in upgrading our infrastructure in Call Centre, Printing and Online Marketing Divisions. 

Between Feb 2010 and May 2011, we have  doubled in size through organic and inorganic gains. This new scale of business is being delivered through our two sites of Glasgow and Chesham covering the length and breadth of the country.
