We provide a free data audit for your database. Audit report is a report showing the "state" of your data showing the number of addresses that should be changed or removed (due to bereavement, change of address, etc).
Take an example, if you have a 10,000 records in your database and you sending out a Direct Mail costing you 50pence each to send out. Now imagine you got your data cleansed and that has suppressed your data by 15% for example, you have saved your campaign £750.00 less the cleansing cost off course.
Duplicate records can be flagged or removed from your file(s), leaving you with the desired “fit for use” database – i.e. 1 entry per person, one per household, etc.
Data Optimisation
We can validate your data against the Royal Mail standard address format (PAF). Those records who have opted in to any of the "preferential services" (Mail, Telephone, etc).will be flagged for removal from the database for you to be on the right side of the law in your direct marketing campaigns.
