Customer order support by telephone and email

When taking orders by phone, fax or post – payment can be completed by card, cheque or postal order, with all customer address data stored in our CRM system where our clients have full permission to view. The CRM can also be merged with your native CRM system, maintaining a completely up to date and coherent customer and order database.
Updating address details
On top of everything else we are able to edit all orders placed on-line or by phone immediately after they are picked, so customer service representatives, internal or outsourced, can update any information in the order, such as adding/removing products, amending addresses or the shipping method.
